First part of TOLD is online

First release of the TOLD feature has been released today. This feature is now available for the F-16C only but it will be extended to other modules and new options will be added.

At this moment the minimum TOLD for the F-16C MDC are calculated and weather data, runway and loadout need to be manually set. The computed TOLD will be available in the MDC pdf.
