IFF/SIF Codes added to Air Tasking Order

IFF/SIF Codes are now generated and published in the Air Tasking Order, line MSNACFT. At this moment only Mode 1 and 3 are generated and they use the last 3 fields with 3 digit for Mode 1 and 5 digit for Mode 3, for example 131 means Mode 1, code 31, 35011 means Mode 3, code 5011. Mode 1 codes are generated to match all DCS World mission tasks.

Also, in AOC Tools it is possible to export a file to automatically configurate LotAtc (more info at https://www.lotatc.com/documentation/client/transponder.html#how-i-see-transponder-values-).
