Added support for DCS-DTC and DCS: TheWay

DCS-DTC and DCS: TheWay are two 3rd party softwares that emulate the operation of a DTC. Through these two programs it is possible to load various data onto your DCS aircraft including a flight plan, radio presets, countermeasures etc.

On Combined Ops Mission Planner is now possible to download flight plans and radio presets to be imported to DCS-DTC and DCS: TheWay.
